Why I Started HoursFreed
I spent years working in project management, mentoring solopreneurs, and supporting clients across busy projects — and one thing was always the same: too much information, scattered everywhere.Spreadsheets, notes, emails, databases — nothing connected, everything slowing people down.When I began exploring AI tools, I saw how they could finally bring order to that chaos.Consultants, in particular, juggle endless client data and reports, yet rarely have time to turn it into clear insights. HoursFreed.grew from that realisation — to give consultants a way to reclaim their time and clarity, without drowning in admin.
Your Data
ConfidentialityAll materials, data, and information shared by the Client are treated as strictly confidential.I will not disclose, reproduce, or share any part of the Client’s data, project content, or resulting analysis with any third party, except as required to perform the agreed service.All client files will be securely stored and deleted upon completion of the project or upon written request from the Client.
Use of AI ToolsAI tools may be used to assist with the organisation and analysis of data. These tools are used in a private, secure environment and are not given permission to reuse or share any client information. No client data is made public or used to train AI systems.
Data RetentionAll project data and outputs will be deleted within 30 days of project completion unless otherwise agreed.
